Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For online orders, payment must clear before the order is processed and shipped.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items as outlined in our Return Policy. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Nothing But Pure Hemp reserves the right to suspend future orders until the matter is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued legally.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases where required by law.
