Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase hemp-derived products from Nothing But Pure Hemp. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Compliance with Law

All products sold are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC in compliance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. It is your responsibility to know your local, state, and federal laws regarding hemp and CBD products before purchase. We are not responsible for products that are confiscated due to non-compliance with your local regulations.

Orders & Availability

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, or product unavailability.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of hemp products, all sales are final. Defective or incorrect items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery/purchase if unopened and unused. Proof of purchase required.

All logos, branding, content, and materials are the property of Nothing But Pure Hemp. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, you agree that Nothing But Pure Hemp is not liable for any damages, misuse, or health outcomes related to product consumption. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s).
